Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method and device for controlling audio volume are provided to improve sound volume of the audio signal by removing a signal of a constant frequency band from an audio signal. CONSTITUTION: A low-frequency signal deduction unit(310) eliminates a signal of a first frequency wideband from an audio signal. A sound volume amplifier(320) adds a sound volume of the audio signal in which the signal of the first frequency wideband is removed. An audio signal generator which generates the audio signal generates the audio signal by controlling recording gain which the audio signal is not saturated. A first frequency band includes a frequency band of a audio signal which is not able to reproduce in a speaker.
