Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An optical path setting apparatus and a WDM-PON(Wavelength Division Multiplexing Passive Optical Network) system therefor are provided to reduce a number of required optical devices. CONSTITUTION: A broadband optical source(11) outputs optical signals from a downstream channel and an upstream channel. An optical circulator(12) transmits the optical signal of the downstream channel and the upstream channel that include multiple wavelengths from the broadband optical source by using a rotation phenomenon of a signal. An interleaver(13) performs a channel interleaving in the downstream channel and the upstream channel from the optical circulator.
