Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting fuel gas concentration in a fuel cell system is provided to control the concentration of fuel gas flowing into an indirect internal reformer and to enable stable heat treatment inside a stack through the control of reformation and electrochemical reaction. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for adjusting fuel gas concentration includes: a pre-reformer(10) connected to a main line(ML); a bypass line(20) connected to the main line; a first flow rate control unit(30) controlling a flow rate of fuel gas flowing in the main line; a second flow rate control unit(40) controlling a flow rate of fuel gas flowing in the bypass line; a concentration measurement unit(50) respectively measuring the concentrations of fuel gas at an inlet side and an outlet side of the pre-reformer; and a control unit(60) controlling first and second flow rate control units in order to maintain the concentration of fuel gas flowing in the stack to a reference range.
