Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A targeted drug delivery system containing an interleukin-4 receptor-specific peptide-labeled liposome is provided to enhance drug efficiency and to reduce side effects. CONSTITUTION: A targeted drug delivery system for diagnosing or treating cancer contains an anticancer drug-containing liposome labeled with a peptide which specifically targets interleukin-4 receptors. The liposome contains a first lipid, a second lipid, and cholesterol. The first lipid is phosphatidyl choline(PC), phosphatidyl glycerol(PG), phosphatidyl serine(PS), or phosphatidyl ethanolamine(PE). The second lipid is distearoylphosphatidylethanolamine-polyethylenoglycol(DSPE-PEG).
