Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A TIG welding method and a protective gas-mixing device for improve welding speed of ferrite-based stainless steel are provided to prevent the deterioration of welding workability due to an improvement of welding speed. CONSTITUTION: A gas flow control part(20) is installed in a main body(10). The gas flow control parts separately store Ar gas and H2 component. The gas flow control parts control the exhaustion as a set discharge flow rate. A gas exhausting pipe(30) is connected to the gas flow control parts. The gas exhausting tube discharges the gas mixed with protective gas. H2 is mixed in Ar gas as the content of 0.5~1.5% weight ratio.
