Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Compost manufacturing apparatus and method using dead livestock are provided to safety sterilize dead livestock through a high temperature technique using specific silicic acid and to generate sludge. CONSTITUTION: A pulverizer(100) pulverizes introduced dead livestock. A specific silicic acid storage(200) stores specific silicic acid to sterilize pulverized dead livestock. The specific silicic acid is obtained by adding an additive to silicic acid. A dissolving tank(300) implements a primary sterilizing operation with respect to the pulverized dead livestock based on the silicic acid. A secondary sterilizing operation is implemented with respect to the primarily sterilized dead livestock at high temperature. A pressurizing separator(400) generates sludge by pressurizing the sterilized dead livestock.
