Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A crane vessel with a float for buoyancy and a stabilization method thereof are provided to stably and rapidly perform loading and unloading works by controlling the relative motion of the crane vessel and a container vessel. CONSTITUTION: A crane vessel with a float for buoyancy comprises a platform(11), a crane, a float(100), and an auxiliary float(104). The platform provides a space for loading freights. The crane conveys the freights from the platform to the other vessel. The float and the auxiliary float are arranged under the platform. The float controls buoyancy applied from seawater. The auxiliary float accepts an extensible member(106).
