MARKING APPARATUS FOR STEEL

PURPOSE: A marking apparatus for the rolling products is provided to reduce marking work time and reduce a failure rate in the marking work by marking office logo, products standards, serial numbers, steel type numbers, and figures clearly and rapidly in the lateral surface of the rolling products while being rotated in the transfer of the rolling products. CONSTITUTION: The marking apparatus for the rolling products includes a base supporting member(10); a cylindrical rotation member(20), which is rotated with a rotary shaft, as center, set at the top of the base supporting member and in which letters to mark in the lateral surface of the rolling products are punched in the outer lateral surface; and a paint jet machinery(30), which is fixed within the cylindrical rotation member and sprays paint. The marking apparatus more includes an elasticity connect part, which protects an external periphery of the cylindrical rotation member and is touched with the lateral side of the rolling products. The marking apparatus more includes a brush member(40), which is installed within the cylindrical rotation member to be separated with the paint jet machinery, and is touched with an inner circumference of the cylindrical rotation member. The marking apparatus more includes an air jet machinery, which is installed within the cylindrical rotation member to be separated with the paint jet machinery, and sprays air to punched letter. The air jet machinery is arranged to be placed after the brush member at the rotational direction of the cylindrical rotation member. The marking apparatus more includes an impeller member, which is included on the top of the cylindrical rotation member and is equipped with a plurality of wings to make the air flow into the cylindrical rotation member. The marking apparatus more includes a mobile equipment reciprocating the base supporting member to left and right, and contacting with the cylindrical rotation member to the lateral side of the transferred rolling products.
