Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A structure for maintaining a space between a road and a collecting device of an electric vehicle of a noncontact electromagnetic inductive charging method is provided to improve the efficiency and stability of a feeding and collecting system by preventing the collecting device from becoming damaged due to collision with a speed bump. CONSTITUTION: A mount bracket(2) is mounted on a collecting device(3). The mount bracket is installed on the lower side of a rear axle(1) of an electric vehicle and maintains a space between the collecting device and a road. A groove corresponding to the shape of an axle housing(100) is formed on both upward wings of the mount bracket. A coupling unit(110) for coupling the mount bracket is formed on both sides of the rear axle.
