Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A system and method for charging an electric vehicle are provided to improve the charging efficiency of the electric vehicle by driving a charger by grasping the charging capacity or stop position of the electric vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit(100) recognizes the entry of an electric vehicle at a charging station. A control unit(110) grasps the kind of vehicles entering the charging station. A switch(120) selects one of a wired charger(130) and a feeding line(140) according to the control of the controller. The wired charger supplies power to a second electric vehicle by a plug-in charging method. The feeding line supplies power to a first electric vehicle by a noncontact magnetic induction charging method.
