Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An encoding method is provided to improve reliability and stability of data by encoding data with the increase of complexity. CONSTITUTION: An encoding method comprises the steps of: providing short data length that the actual data length of payload region to which the actual data is inputted among data frames is short(S1); generating random number in the region except for the valid data(S2); increasing the complexity by rearranging the data of the data frames(S3); and encoding the data of the data frames(S4).
