Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A voltage down converter circuit and a non volatile memory having the same are provided to stably supply power during a power up operation by increasing the driver capacity of a standby circuit. CONSTITUTION: In a voltage down converter circuit and a non volatile memory having the same, a standby mode operation part(210) receives an external voltage. A standby mode operation part output an internal voltage in a standby mode or a power up mode. The internal voltage is desired for operating the internal circuit. An active mode operation unit(220) outputs an internal voltage in the active mode or a power up mode. An option circuit(230) outputs an active enable signal. The active enable signal controls the operation of the active mode operation unit.
