| Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A device and method for driving a piezoelectric ultrasonic vibration element are provided to control the driving speed of a piezoelectric ultrasonic vibration element by controlling a driving waveform applied to the piezoelectric ultrasonic vibration element. CONSTITUTION: A driving waveform generator(120) generates a driving waveform for driving a piezoelectric ultrasonic vibration element(110). A frequency generator(130) generates a pulse with a preset frequency for driving a piezoelectric element. A driving waveform control unit(140) controls the driving waveform for controlling the driving speed of the piezoelectric ultrasonic vibration element. A driving control unit(150) controls the driving of the piezoelectric ultrasonic vibration element. A driving unit(160) drives the piezoelectric ultrasonic vibration element with the driving speed of the driving signal. |
