Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A producing method of herbal infusion tea using red ginseng as a main raw material is provided to obtain the herbal infusion tea using medical herbs forming the nutritional balance with the red ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of herbal infusion tea comprises the following steps: grinding red ginseng, and selecting red ginseng particles with the size of 2~10mm; roasting the selected red ginseng particles at 300deg C using roaster for 10~15minutes, or electrically processing the red ginseng particles at 150~250deg C; cutting astragalus membranaceus, and selecting astragalus membranaceus particles with the size of 2~10mm; mixing the astragalus membranaceus particles with honey, and aging the mixture at room temperature; inserting the aged astragalus membranaceus particles into a roaster at 670deg C; and mixing the red ginseng particles and the astragalus membranaceus particles. |
