Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An intelligent vehicle accident monitoring system is provided to automatically grasp an accident in real time in a remote place by continuously monitoring vehicle information and driver information. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent vehicle accident monitoring system includes a vehicle-mounted terminal(110) and a server(120). The vehicle-mounted terminal includes an information sensing unit and a first communication unit. The information sensing unit senses vehicle state information and driver information in real time. The first communication unit transmits the vehicle state information and the driver information. The server includes a second communication unit and a signal processing unit. The second communication unit receives the data transmitted from the first communication unit. The signal processing unit analyzes the vehicle state information and the driver information and determines whether the accident occurs.
