Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An arc discharge protecting switch and a stop lamp switch including the same are provided to prevent arc discharge which can occur among contact points by forming the contact points including a silver-tungsten based material which is strong against the arc discharge. CONSTITUTION: The first and the second fixed terminal(110,120) are electrically connected to an external circuit. The first and the second fixed terminal include the first and the second fixed contact points where each is separated from each other. The first and the second moving terminal(130,140) include the first and the second moving contact point formed in the locations in correspondence with the first and second fixed contact points. The first and the second moving terminal move so that the first and the second fixed contact point and the first and the second moving contact points can be contacted or deviated. The first fixed contact point(121) and the first moving contact point include silver-tungsten based materials.
