Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A diagnosis for cancer using an epigenetic marker of specific single CpG site in TTP(Tristetraprolin) promoter and to treat and diagnose liver cancer. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing liver cancer contains a probe or primer pair which is able to detect methylation of cytosine residue of 32th nucleic acid. The kit additionally contains reagent which modifies unmethylated cytosine residue. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating liver cancer contains a material which suppresses methylation of cytosine residue as an active ingredient.
