Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A flash memory device, a flash memory system, and a method of programming the flash memory device are provided to prevent bit error accumulation and propagation by controlling a time of controlling an initial read operation. CONSTITUTION: In a flash memory device, a flash memory system, and a method of programming the flash memory device, data programmed in a memory cell is read out(S110). A memory cell is connected to a selected word line. The selected data is stored(S120). An i-th bit corresponding to the memory cell which is connected to the selected word line is programmed(S130).
