Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A power control method of a gesture recognition device by a presence detection of a user is provided to reduce a power consumption by controlling a power of a camera of a device which can be controlled by a gesture based on a presence detection result. CONSTITUTION: A presence of an object based on a camera connected to a computing device is detected(S11). An operation mode of the camera is changed into a mode detecting a gesture of a user(S12). The computing device has a thermal infrared sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, and an infrared sensor. The presence of the object uses the sensor and is detected.
