Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An integrated Device for controlling the flow of cooling water and heat exchanging is provided to rapidly heat and cool the fluid of a vehicle by including a heat exchanging part and valve body part. CONSTITUTION: An integrated Device for controlling the flow of cooling water and heat exchanging comprises a valve body part(20) and a heat exchanging part. The valve body part comprises a third outlet(24). The heat exchanging part comprises a third inlet(34). The third outlet of the valve body part is connected to the third inlet of the heat exchanging part. The valve body part is communicated with the heat exchanging part. The vehicle fluid of the heat exchanger is heated and cooled by the heat exchanging.
