Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Molded food and a producing method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily cut and eat the food and to secure the taste and the texture of leftover food. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of molded food comprises the following steps: preparing kimchi(1), and sterilizing the kimchi; molding the sterilized kimchi into a fixed shape; covering the molded kimchi with an edible film(10) having a waterproof property; preparing rice cake or bread and molding the rice cake or the bread; and covering the molded rice cake or bread with the edible film.
