Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A bottle cap for preventing the forgery is provided to prevent the reuse of the bottle cap by destroying an RFID chip inside a middle cap by a cut pin. CONSTITUTION: A bottle cap for preventing the forgery includes an outer cap(110), a middle cap(120), and an inner cap(130). The outer cap includes a lower finishing unit and a female screw. The female screw is formed in the inside of the outer cap for enabling a user to twist the screw with hands. The middle cap includes male screws(121,211) coupled with the female screw, and rectangular recesses. The inner cap combines the cap with a packing bottle(200), and includes rectangular protrusions(135) formed on the lower outer circumference to be inserted into the rectangular recesses.
