HYDRAULIC CYLINDER INTERNAL MOUNTING CHECK VALVE

PURPOSE: A hydraulic cylinder with a check valve is provided to prevent the pressure of a hydraulic pump from excessively increasing due to operation delay to thereby improve the efficiency of the hydraulic pump. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic cylinder comprises a cylinder tube(1), a piston(2), a cylinder rod(3), a head cover(4), an end cover, a cushion ring(5), a cushion plunger, a flow path(7), and a check valve(8). The piston divides a large chamber and a small chamber inside the cylinder tube to maintain water pressure. The cylinder rod reciprocates the piston in the cylinder tube. The head cover and the end cover are fixed to both ends of the cylinder tube in order to prevent leak of a working fluid from the cylinder tube. The cushion ring and the cushion plunger are respectively set on the outer side and one end of the cylinder rod and absorb mechanical impact at the stroke end. The flow path is formed in the head cover and communicated with a working fluid port of the head cover. The check valve opens and closes the flow path.
