Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An emergent call monitoring system of an apartment house complex and an emergent call monitoring method thereof are provided to quickly cope with an emergent situation. CONSTITUTION: A camera module for image recording(25) is installed at every set section of an apartment house complex. An emergent call recognizing and processing unit(20) senses a high frequency signal by manipulating a registered emergent call key to generate emergent alarm data by the manipulated emergent call key. A recording and monitoring unit(30) records and monitors an image of the camera module for image recording by the manipulated emergent call key.
