Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Fish cake in a fish shape containing medical herbs, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the taste, the texture, and the functionality of the fish cake. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fish cake in a fish shape containing medical herbs comprises the following steps: mixing raw materials for the fish cake, and stirring into a fish flesh paste state for obtaining a fish cake raw material mixture; preparing medical herb extracts; inserting 1~10wt% of medical herb extracts into the mixture to obtain fish cake dough containing the medical herb extracts; molding the fish cake dough, and heating the molded product before frying; and sterilizing the fish cake and packing.
