Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A washing method and washing machine are provided to reduce noise and vibration in the dehydration entry and to reduce the dehydration entry time. CONSTITUTION: A control unit supplies washing water inside an outer tank and an inner tank(110). The inner tank is equipped within the outer tank. The laundry is accepted within the inner tank. The control unit washes and cleans the laundry through one rotation of a pulsator(100,200). The pulsator is included in the inner tank. The control unit drains the washing water while accelerating the inner tank(330).
