CONSTITUTION: A bed head comprises: a bed base(20) on which mattress(30) is loaded; a head main body(11) mounted at one side of the bed base; a back support cushion(12) which is detachably mounted at the inside of the head main body; and a spacer(13) having the height and width corresponding to the mattress. The cushion for back support is rotationally assembled to the inside and outside of the head main body.
