Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method, an apparatus, and a system for transferring an emergency signal are provided to transfer the location of emergency situation to an emergency center. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(110) generates an emergency signal with identification data. A transferring unit(120) receives the emergency signal. The emergency signal includes the location information of the terminal is verified, and the transferring unit transfers the emergency signal and the information of the terminal to an emergency center. If the location information of the terminal is omitted from the emergency signal, the location information of the terminal is acquired based on the strength of the emergency signal.
