Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A locking device and a high voltage shield connector therewith are provided to maintain a coupling force despite frequent disassembly and assembly. CONSTITUTION: A locking apparatus comprises a mounting hole portion, a cradle member(120), a restriction member(130) and a locker(140). The mounting hole portion is connected to the inner/outer sides of a fixing member, and the cradle member is cradled at the edge portion of the mounting hole unit. The restriction member is extended toward the lower portion of the cradle member. The restriction member protrudes toward the inner portion of the fixing member, and the locker restricts the restriction member. The locker is coupled to the fixing member.
