Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method of transferring derrick is provided to simplify the manufacturing process of derrick, to manufacture derrick with high precision and to enhance floating stability. CONSTITUTION: Drilling derrick is loaded on a ship or barge(50), the upper part of the drilling derrick is folded, and the folded derrick is supported by a support on the ship or the barge. The ship or barge is transferred to destination and the derrick is unloaded. The derrick comprises a upper derrick and a lower derrick. The upper derrick comprises a left derrick and a right derrick, which is located on the opposite to the left derrick. The lower derrick is located on the lower parts of the upper left and right derricks. The upper left and right derricks are hinge-coupled to be able to rotate to the left and right on the lower derrick.
