Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A device of measuring the temperature of flame side metal on a water screen tube of a boiler for thermal power generation is provided to enable management of metal temperature of a tube by being installed in a large boiler for power generation and measuring the temperature of metal inside a boiler. CONSTITUTION: A device of measuring the temperature of flame side metal on a water screen tube of a boiler for thermal power generation comprises a water screen tube, a supporting member(120), and a thermocouple(130). The water screen tube is installed inside the boiler. The water screen tube is formed with an insertion hole(116). The insertion hole is processed by electric-discharge machining. A membrane(114) is projected from both sides of the tube body of the water screen tube. The membrane interlinks the tube body. The supporting member is installed at a part of the tube. The thermocouple is inserted into the insertion hole of the tube. The supporting member is formed into the shape of a half circle. The supporting member comprises a supporting part(122) and a drawing part(124). The thermocouple measures the temperature of metal inside a boiler. |
