Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A gas pressure reduction regulator module having a high flow discharge function is provided to maintain static pressure by compensating exit pressure due to high load and high power using a proportional control valve. CONSTITUTION: A gas pressure reduction regulator module having a high flow discharge function comprises an electronic control unit, a regulator body, a high-pressure inlet part(40), a balancing part, an outlet part(70), and a cover unit(80). The regulator body has a supply passage for supply of high-pressure gas, a discharge passage for discharge of pressure-reduced gas, a balancing part mounting space, a proportional control valve space, a pressure reduction stabilizing part, and a relief valve passage. The high-pressure inlet part comprises a filter for filtering high-pressure gas at the entry of the supply passage, an inlet closing solenoid valve(42) which controls the flow of high-pressure gas or fuel, and a high pressure sensor which detects the high-pressure gas supplied to the supply passage. The balancing part minimizes changes in exit pressure. The outlet part comprises a proportional control valve(71) which compensates and maintains the exit pressure lower than the set pressure and a low pressure sensor(72) which detects the gas discharged through the discharge passage. The cover unit maintains the exit pressure of the outlet part. |
