Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Flatfish feed using curcuma longa and alginic acid, and a producing method thereof are provided to replace a conventional chemical compound, and to improve the breeding efficiency of flatfish. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of flatfish feed using curcuma longa and alginic acid comprises the following steps: mixing 1~2wt% of alginic acid with purified water, and heat-dissolving for 20~30minutes at 90~150deg C: adding 1.25~3.75wt% of curcuma longa powder into the obtained alginic acid dissolved solution, and heat-dissolving for 5~10minutes at 90~150deg C; and spraying the obtained alginic acid and curcuma longa solution to conventional flatfish feed, and drying for 15~30minutes at 60deg C.
