Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A silicone artificial breast prosthesis and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure durability and safety by maximizing resistance against fatigue rupture. CONSTITUTION: A silicone artificial breast prosthesis comprises a silicone shell(10) and a junction(20). The silicone shell forms the exterior wall. The junction locates in the lower part of the silicone shell, closes a hole formed in the lower surface of the junction from the outside, and forms a double patch junction structure by joining a multilayer type patch(21) and a patch(26) for complementing property of the matter.
