Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A device for tracking the position of a worker is provided to enable the current position of a worker in a working field to be accurately recognized. CONSTITUTION: A control module for tracking the position of a worker communicates with a manager terminal and makes wireless communication with a wireless headend based on a position notifying signal output from an active tag on a part of a worker's body to control the procedure to track the position of a worker. An LCD(Location Coordinate Data of workers) generating module generates LCD by each hour based on source data. An ACD(Average location Coordinate Data of workers) generating module averages LCD to generate ACD by each hour. A BDD(Basis Deviation Data of a location coordinate) generating module calculates LCD and ACD by each hour to generate BDD by each hour.
