Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A bis(pyrenyl-methyl-amino)fluorescein derivative for analyzing water content is provided to optically and simply measure water content in an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A bis(pyrenyl-methyl-amino)fluorescein derivative for analyzing water content in an organic solvent has a structure of chemical formula 1. The bis(pyrenyl-methyl-amino)fluorescein derivative of chemical formula 1 is synthesized using pyrene and fluorescein. The water content in the organic solvent is measured using the fluorescein derivative of chemical formula 1 as a probe. A sensor for determining water content has the fluorescein derivative of chemical formula 1 as a probe.
