Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A photo electrode of a dye sensitized solar cell with a titanium oxide nano fiber and manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve energy conversion efficiency by increasing the moving speed of a photo electron. CONSTITUTION: An electrospinning solution is made by adding polymer solutions after acetic acid and ethanol are added to titanium isopropoxide and are stirred. A polymer/titanium oxide nano fiber is made by electrospinning the electrospinning solutions. A titanium oxide nano fiber is made by plasticizing the polymer/titanium oxide nano fiber. A titanium oxide coating solution is made by adding the titanium oxide nano fiber to titanium oxide paste synthesized with a sol-gel method. A photo electrode is made by coating the titanium oxide coating solutions on the ITO or FTO processed substrate and thermally processing the coated substrate.
