CONSTITUTION: A cubical tag comprises a first sheet(10), a transparent or translucency second sheet(20), and 3D pattern forming unit(15). The 3D pattern forming unit forms a 3D pattern between the first and the second sheet. A reader checks data value corresponding to the 3D pattern. The first sheet and the second sheet are closely adhere to each other. The 3D pattern forming unit forms the 3D pattern by being spread randomly between the first and the second sheet.
