APPARATUS FOR COOKING BARBECUE

PURPOSE: A barbecue device is provided to enable oil from a skewer to be safely handled using an oil discharge unit. CONSTITUTION: A barbecue device(1) comprises a case(3), a stove unit(5), a roasting unit(7), a driving unit(11) and a re-heating unit. The stove unit supplies a heat source to the roasting space(45) of the case. The roasting unit comprises a support plate(47) and at least one skewers(49). The support plate is installed in the case obliquely. The skewers are rotatably arranged on the support plate. Meat stuck on the skewer is roasted by heat transferred from the stove unit. The driving unit comprises a motor assembly(79) and a connecting member(53). One end of the connecting member is connected to the rotary shaft of the motor assembly. The other end of the connecting member is meshed with the sprocket(51) of the other end of the skewer. The upper part of the re-heating unit is arranged on the upper part of the roasting unit, and the lower part of the re-heating unit is arranged on the lower part of the roasting unit.
