Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A rolling isolated crane and a floating member equipped with the same are provided to perform the stable unloading work of cargo by controlling the location of a trolley in spite of the rolling of a floating member. CONSTITUTION: A rolling isolated crane comprises an upper body, a lower body, and an actuator(160). The upper body comprises a horizontal boom(130) in which a trolley(138) is installed in a traverse direction. A roller is fixed to the upper body. The lower part is installed to make the upper body move in a traverse direction. A rail is fixed on the lower part of the body. The Actuator is installed to be connected between the upper body and lower part to control the relative motion of the upper and lower bodies. The controller controls the operation of the actuator.
