Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A semiconductor light emitting device is provided to form the smooth flow of electrons and holes using an interfacial channel between a transparent electrode layer and a hole supply layer, thereby increasing efficiency of a light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: An n type electron supply layer(203) provides electrons when power is applied. A p type hole supply layer(206) provides holes when power is applied. A light emitting layer(205) generates light by the recombination between holes and electrons. An n type metal electrode(204) applies negative power. A p type metal electrode(208) applies positive power.
