Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A multi-terminal synchronizing device and a multi-terminal synchronizing method are provided to interconnect a power system corresponding to the number of circuit breakers. CONSTITUTION: A multi-terminal PT source connection unit(110) is connected to a plurality of potential transformers. A switching monitoring unit(120) monitors the open of a plurality of circuit breakers in a system. A both ends PT source selection unit(130) selects a both ends PT source for determining synchronization among a plurality of PT sources connected to the multi-terminal source connection unit by corresponding to the circuit breaker. A synchronization determining unit(140) outputs a synchronization confirmation signal if the both ends PT source is synchronized.
