The gear holder comprises a pair of supporting plates(140a,140b) and holds the first and the second driven gear to keep horizontal and rotate. The central shaft is formed on one side of the gear holder. The traction wire is connected to one end of the gear holder. The spring is connected to spring hooks(143,171) which are respectively formed on the other end. The spring hook outlet is respectively formed on an end of the gear holder and a seat tube(B). The chain sprocket is integrally formed on one side of the second driven gear. The chain is connected to the chain sprocket.
