FORWARD DRIVING APPARATUS FOR BICYCLE

PURPOSE: A one-way driving apparatus for a bicycle is provided to enable a bicycle to move forward when rotating pedals in a reverse direction as well as a forward direction. CONSTITUTION: A one-way driving apparatus for a bicycle comprises a driving gear(110), a first driven gear(120), a second driven gear(130), a gear holder(140), a central shaft(150), a traction wire(160), a spring(170), a chain sprocket(180), and a chain. The driving gear is coupled to a pedal shaft(111). The first and the second driven gear are selectively meshed on the top of the driving gear. The gear holder comprises a pair of supporting plates(140a,140b) and holds the first and the second driven gear to keep horizontal and rotate. The central shaft is formed on one side of the gear holder. The traction wire is connected to one end of the gear holder. The spring is connected to spring hooks(143,171) which are respectively formed on the other end. The spring hook outlet is respectively formed on an end of the gear holder and a seat tube(B). The chain sprocket is integrally formed on one side of the second driven gear. The chain is connected to the chain sprocket.
