Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for providing synchronizing notification in a client device is provided to stimulate synchronization of the device in a server if synchronization of a device is need to be stimulated. CONSTITUTION: A server compares a tracking GUID and a sync GUID if the state of a client device indicates that the client device does not have a unsettled sync notification before receiving notification. If the tracking GUID and the sync GUID is not the same, the server set the tracking GUID and the sync GUID to be same(302). The server sets the time to enable a timeout to be the same with a sum of a current time and a preset value(304). The server transmits a sync notification to the client device(306).
