Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A dynamic optimized method based priority of bandwidth and a server is provided to control a bandwidth which is used by a call by considering a residual network bandwidth, a pack loss rate, a call quality, and mutual user priority. CONSTITUTION: A bandwidth optimization execution module analyzes a current bandwidth traffic of a communication link(308). If the bandwidth using rate is arrived to a using threshold value, the mobile analyzes a call priority on the communication line(312,320). According to a call priority, the module controls at least one transmission variables of a call(324). A server forwards a request to an adaptive entity(328). |
