STRUCTURE OF GIRDER MANUFACTURING SITE

PURPOSE: A layout structure of a bridge girder manufacturing yard is provided to make better use of a manufacturing yard, since each manufacturing yard is efficiently arranged. CONSTITUTION: A layout structure of a bridge girder manufacturing yard comprises a reinforcing bar, a shoe assembling yard(1), a filling manufacture yard(3), a first transfer yard(2), a second transfer yard(4), and a concrete girder open-air yard(5). A movable rail(11) on which a moving cart is put is placed horizontally. A working platform is put on the moving cart. The reinforcing bar and the shoe assembling yard are horizontally placed on the working platform. The filling manufacture yard is placed horizontally to the long side of the shoe assembling yard and the reinforcing bar. A transfer rail(21) is horizontally placed on one horizontal side of the reinforcing bar, the shoe assembling yard, and filling manufacture yard. The first transfer yard is adjacent to the reinforcing bar, the shoe assembling yard, and the filling manufacture yard. The second transfer yard is placed on the other horizontal side of the reinforcing bar, the shoe assembling yard, and filling manufacture yard.
