Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A torque rod for a vehicle and a structure for assembling the same are provided to reduce the number of parts thereof and to simplify a manufacturing process since the torque structure of the vehicle is simplified. CONSTITUTION: A torque rod for a vehicle comprises a bridge rod(110), an inner pipe(120), engine-side rubber(130), and a coupling rod(140). The torque rod further comprises cross-member-side rubber(150). The bridge rod comprises a rod portion, an engine-side hole and a cross-member-side hole. The rod portion is formed in a length direction. The engine-side hole is formed integrally with one end of the rod portion and in the width direction of the rod portion. The cross-member-side hole is formed integrally with the other end of the rod portion and in the width direction of the rod portion. The inner pipe is inserted into the engine-side hole. The engine-side rubber is vulcanized between the outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe and the engine-side hole.
