Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A portable storing apparatus and a software executing method using the same are provided to rapidly execute software by simply obtaining the software from a software providing server through a menu of the portable storing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: If a portable storing apparatus is connected to a host computer, an automatic executing unit(130) is automatically loaded on the host computer. A virtual environment engine(142) is loaded on the host computer by the automatic executing unit and builds a virtual environment. A software manager(143) receives software or license through the host computer from a software providing server and stores the software in a storing unit.
