SYSTEM FOR REALTIME MONITORING OF BLOCK ASSEMBLING AND MANAGING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A system for monitoring block assembling process in real time is provided to efficiently manage the progress of the assembling process. CONSTITUTION: A local area wireless communication chip(10) stores block information and call line information. The block information and the call line information are transmitted in local area wireless communication method. An FDIU(Fixed Data Input Unit)(20) transmits work background data and identification information through the local area wireless communication method. A remote control device(30) transmits the block information, the call line information, and the identification information to a gateway(40). The gateway receives the block information, work history data, and the FDIU/remote controller identification information to through the local area wireless communication method. A process control system(50) monitors the assembling process in a remote place.
